Tripartite Forum Meeting Schedule –JFebruary 2018
The Tripartite Forum Justice Working Committee will meet on Tuesday February 6, and Wednesday February 7,2018 for a two day working session in Halifax at the Mi'kmaw Native Friendship Centre
The Tripartite Forum Culture and Heritage Working Committee will have a two day work planning session in Halifax on Wednesday February 7, and Thursday February 8, 2018. Day 1: Discovery Centre, Day 2: Homewood Suites Halifax.
The Tripartite Forum Social Working Committee will be on February 23, 2018 in Millbrook .
The Tripartite Forum Education Working Committee will meet for a two work planning session in Antigonish.
The New Tripartite Forum Website will be launched shortly, committee members and partners will be updated upon its launch

Deadline: April 13, 2018
All proposals are due, to the project manager no later than 4:00pm on the day of the deadline
** The Project Review For Social and Economic Change will discuss dates for upcoming calls at the next Project Review session
All meetings begin at 10:00 a.m. unless specified otherwise. All Tripartite Forum Working Committee (WC) meetings are open to community members if they wish to attend as guest observers. If you are interested in attending a meeting as an observer, you must RSVP with the Tripartite Forum Secretariat Administrators first.
If you wish to attend a meeting and have a committee-related topic added to the agenda, approval must be granted by the working committees' co-chairs.

It is my pleasure as the newly appointed Tripartite Forum Executive Chair to welcome you to the Mi’kmaq • Nova Scotia • Canada Tripartite Forum website. We are pleased that you have taken the time to learn more about the important working relationship the Mi’kmaq of Nova Scotia have developed with our government partners, the Nova Scotia Office of Aboriginal Affairs and the Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada (AANDC), formerly known as Indian and Northern Affairs Canada.
In this website you will find important information which sets out the purpose of the Tripartite Forum as well as our identified priorities in four key areas: individual and community capacity, skill development and labour force participation; youth employment, governance participation and physical activity; community plans, priorities and input; and improved relationships through the achievement of jurisdictional clarity.
My role as Executive Chair will be to facilitate and chair Executive, Officials, Steering Committee and Working Committee meetings. I look forward to making connections among the individuals, organizations, and issues while ensuring fair allocation of time available and fostering collective and professional exchange.
